EVENT DETAILS
For those on a race mode or on fun ride mood, Santos King shall be hosting a National level Cyclothon of 90 km in the unexplored virgin serenity of Sabarimala - About 180km from Kochi International Airport. The event is bannered as "AICA Tour de Kerala, Powered by FUJI Bikes", and is scheduled on the 28th of Sept 2014. As the name suggests, the title sponsor is "AICA", and the first three prizes have been sponsored by "FUJI Bikes". The first prize winner gets a "FUJI Road Bike", the second prize is a "FUJI Hybrid Bike" and the third prize winner gets a "FUJI MTB Bike". The first 50 riders get exclusive Tour de Kerala medals & certificates as well. The registration fees is Rs. 1500/- to be a part of the race alone.
Santos King also provides a 3-tier package to take part in the whole event, which includes a 10-day cycling package covering all the major destinations and adventure sites around Central Kerala. Details follow:
T1 (28 Sept, 2014)
Be a part of the race by paying just the registration fees, and report on your own to the TDK camp by 6am on 28th Sep with all preparations including your race gears & bikes. The registration amount covers an international style TDK jersey and lunch on the race day. Cost of registration for T1 is Rs. 1500/- only.

T2 (27 & 28 Sept, 2014)
At an additional cost of Rs. 3000/-, you shall be picked from Kochi International Stadium, Kaloor at 10am on 27th Sep, and will be transferred by A/c bus (Including your bikes and race gears) to the TDK Camp by 2pm on the same day. There shall be grand premiere of the event at 6pm, followed by DJ & Dinner till 9pm. You shall be provided tent accommodation on twin/triple sharing basis. The total cost of registration for this option would be Rs. 4500/-.
T3 (27 Sept to 07 Oct, 2014)
This 11-day package offers the best ever cycling tour package through the hills, waters and countryside of Kerala, and also a houseboat cruise alongside the backwaters of Kumarakom & Alappuzha. Starting from the 27th of Sep till the 7th of Oct, this is an exhaustive package which includes the features of T1 in addition to the exclusive cycling tour. The total cost of "Flavors of Kerala" is Rs. 33000/- per person.
T4 (27 & 28 Sept, 2014)
At an additional cost of Rs. 1950/-, you shall be picked from Santos King Office, Edappally at 5pm on 27th Sep, and will be transferred by A/c bus (Including your bikes and race gears) to Ranni Hotel on the same day. You shall be provided Dinner & Accommodation at Hotel in Ranni on twin/triple sharing basis. On 28th Sep, you will be served mini-breakfast at 5 AM & later transferred to TDK camp which is at a distance of 15 kms from the Hotel. The total cost of registration for this option would be Rs. 3450/-.
MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE - 28TH Sep 2014
Breakfast shall be served by 6am on the race day (for T2), and the participants have to report to the start point by 6:45am. The starting would be rolling start and hence, there shall be a pilot vehicle about 250m ahead of the start point. The start would be marked by the green signaling by the pilot vehicle.
